To be fully operational in DCI, you need to have the following requirements:

• Minimum age is 18
• You must be active 2-3 days a week
• Register on the website
• Make an Xfire account and get the program downloaded and installed
• Treat other people with respect
• No smacktalking to DCI employees
• Before playing any game, log on Xfire so that other DCI'ers can monitor your presence
